Our Story
About Batpak — Built for Pakistan's Betting Community
Batpak was created with a single purpose: to give Pakistani players a clear, honest and well-informed entry point into the world of online sports betting and casino gaming. No hype. No false promises. Just reliable information and a platform built around your experience.
How It Started
The Batpak Story
Pakistan has one of the most passionate cricket fanbases on the planet. From the electricity of a PSL night match at Karachi's National Stadium to the roar of a packed crowd in Lahore when Babar Azam steps to the crease — the love for the game runs deep across every city and town. Yet for years, Pakistani fans who wanted to engage with online betting faced a fragmented, confusing landscape: unclear platforms, opaque terms, payment methods that didn't work, and little educational content written with their context in mind.
Batpak was built to change that. We started as an information and review resource — a place where players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad and Peshawar could find honest guidance on sports betting markets, casino games, bonus structures and responsible gambling tools. Over time, we grew into a full betting platform that keeps the same values at its core: transparency, player respect and responsible play.
"We don't promise guaranteed wins or overnight riches. We promise clear information, fair conditions and a platform that treats you like an adult capable of making informed decisions."
Everything on batpak — from the way we present odds to the way we structure bonus terms — is designed to give you a complete, honest picture before you commit. We believe that informed players make better decisions, enjoy the experience more, and stay in control of their gambling activity longer.

What Drives Us
Mission, Vision & Values
Batpak exists to serve the Pakistani betting community with honest information, fair platform conditions and a genuine commitment to responsible gambling — not just as a compliance checkbox, but as a core operating principle.
Our Mission
To provide Pakistani adults with a transparent, well-informed betting and gaming experience — where terms are clear, odds are honest, and responsible gambling tools are always within reach.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted name in online betting information and platform services for Pakistani users — known not for the biggest bonus headline, but for the most reliable, player-first experience in the market.
Our Commitment
We commit to transparent bonus terms, clear odds presentation, honest responsible gambling communication, and a platform that never obscures the real cost of play behind misleading marketing.
Transparency
Terms, odds and fees are always presented clearly. No fine print surprises.
Player Respect
We treat every user as an informed adult — not a number in a conversion funnel.
Responsibility
Responsible gambling tools are built into the platform — not buried in settings.
Local Focus
Pakistan-relevant content, PKR currency display, and Pakistan sports at the front.
What Makes Us Different
Core Platform Features
From the way we handle your data to the way we present a cricket match market — here's what the batpak experience looks like in practice.
Mobile-First, Always
Batpak is engineered for mobile users across Pakistan. Whether you're on a 4G connection in Karachi or a slower network in a smaller city, the platform loads fast and navigates cleanly on any screen size. No app install required — full functionality in your mobile browser.
Pakistan Cricket Front & Centre
Cricket is not just another sport category on batpak — it is the centrepiece. PSL matches, ICC tournaments, Pakistan national team fixtures and T20 leagues receive dedicated market coverage with educational guides for every major bet type, written specifically for Pakistani fans.
Bonus Terms in Plain English
Every promotion on batpak comes with a plain-English summary of wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and withdrawal conditions. We deliberately present the full picture — not just the headline bonus figure — so you can evaluate an offer before claiming it.
Security & KYC Controls
HTTPS encryption across all pages, a structured KYC/AML verification process, and account-level security settings give you confidence that your account and funds are protected. Two-factor authentication and login notifications are available where supported by the platform.
Responsible Gambling Built In
Deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are not hidden in a support ticket — they are accessible directly from your account dashboard. Batpak takes problem gambling seriously and actively promotes safe play habits.
Pakistan-Aware Content
All platform content — guides, market explanations, support articles — is written in English with Pakistani context built in: PKR amounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash payment familiarity references, Pakistan cricket culture, and city-level relevance from Islamabad to Faisalabad.
Coverage & Content
What Batpak Covers
Batpak brings together sports betting, casino gaming and educational content in one place. Whether you're a first-time bettor trying to understand decimal odds, or an experienced player looking for live in-play cricket markets during a PSL knockout match — batpak has content and platform features designed for your level.
Our sports coverage spans cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test), football (domestic and international), tennis, UFC/MMA, esports and virtual sports. Casino coverage includes live dealer tables, slots, jackpot games and table games. All sections include responsible gambling reminders and educational guides alongside the betting options themselves.
We do not manufacture partnerships with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or league. References to these tournaments are purely for sports context. Batpak is an independent information and platform service.

We Take This Seriously
Our Responsible Gambling Commitment
Gambling is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it carries risks when it is not approached with awareness and limits. Batpak does not downplay these risks. We actively communicate them, provide tools to manage them and link to professional support resources for players who need them.
Every adult user of batpak has access to deposit limits, session reminders, bet limits, self-exclusion tools and cooling-off periods. These are not buried in an obscure settings page — they are designed to be found and used. We also strongly encourage users to understand Pakistan's local gambling laws, which may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. Batpak does not claim that any specific use of the platform is lawful under Pakistani law — users are responsible for understanding applicable local laws before participating.
If you believe you or someone you know has a gambling problem, we encourage seeking support from a qualified counselling service or problem gambling helpline available in your region. Batpak's full responsible gambling tools and guidance are available on our dedicated page.
View Responsible Gambling PageDeposit & Loss Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit or lose. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory waiting period.
Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off
Take a break from gambling for a set period or exclude yourself entirely. Self-exclusion is permanent unless the operator's policy allows a defined reinstatement process after an appropriate review period.
Reality Checks & Session Timers
Receive on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in a session. A useful tool for maintaining perspective during extended play sessions.
