Batpak Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and batpak ("batpak", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the batpak platform, website, mobile interface and all associated services available at https://batpak.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Batpak operates as an online betting information and entertainment platform targeting adult users in Pakistan. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts or other non-cashable incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Platform's compliance framework.
• "Platform" means the batpak website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services accessible via https://batpak.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you from your own payment source and held in your Account balance, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited, restricted or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to batpak and its operating entity.
• "You", "Your", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which you reside — to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Batpak reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or substitute Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and forfeiture of any Account balance, including Real Money Funds where permitted by applicable law.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national and international laws. Batpak does not confirm or guarantee that access to the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Verification Obligation

Batpak is required to operate a KYC and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance process. All users must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds and may be required to verify identity prior to depositing, accessing certain features or at any other point determined by the Platform's compliance team.

4.2 Documents Required

Verification documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality, restriction of Account access, or permanent Account closure. The Platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.

4.4 Data Handling

All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy. Your identity documents are used exclusively for verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or the Platform's compliance obligations.

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, operate an Account for the benefit of another person, or use any automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any way.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Batpak will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Batpak accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not attempt to circumvent any security measure, access any portion of the Platform not intended for public access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any other user's experience.

5.4 Mobile & Browser Access

The Platform is optimised for mobile and desktop browser access. Batpak does not guarantee that all features will be available on all devices or browser versions. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection meet the minimum requirements for satisfactory Platform use.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual examples only. Batpak does not warrant that any specific payment provider supports gambling transactions or that any specific method will be available at any given time.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the Platform and displayed in the cashier. Limits are denominated in the currency applicable to your Account. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the Account currency, limits will be displayed accordingly. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method and Account verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification, completion of applicable wagering requirements and the Platform's internal compliance review. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. Batpak does not promise instant withdrawals. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Currency & Exchange

All transactions are processed in the Account's designated currency. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. Batpak is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any associated losses.

6.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Batpak reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by batpak are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and offer expiry periods. These terms are clearly stated on each offer page and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be staked thirty times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in each offer's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Platform employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk, or creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse any resulting winnings and close the Account.

7.4 Withdrawal of Real Money Funds

Where an Account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, the Platform's cashier will apply funds in the order specified in the relevant offer's terms. Real Money Funds are generally withdrawable independently of Bonus Fund wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

7.5 Modification & Cancellation of Offers

Batpak reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is cancelled after a user has commenced wagering, the Platform will exercise reasonable discretion in determining the appropriate course of action.

8.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Batpak reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet relates to an event on which the Platform has insufficient liquidity, where the odds were published in error, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

8.2 Odds Errors

The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds are accurately displayed. However, in the event of a manifest error in odds — including prices that are clearly incorrect due to technical fault or human error — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8.3 In-Play & Live Betting

In-play markets are subject to rapid change. The Platform will endeavour to update odds and market availability promptly, but accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended or incorrectly displayed markets due to data feed delays or technical issues. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion.

8.4 Voided Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport-specific betting rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The determination of whether a bet is voided, settled or carried forward rests with the Platform.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits may apply and are displayed in the Platform's sport-specific betting rules. Batpak reserves the right to limit winnings payable on any individual bet or across a user's Account where winnings exceed these thresholds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending bets cancelled, and Account balance withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or address information.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt betting activity.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play (bonus abuse).
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at Platform staff or other users.
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or gives rise to civil liability under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of batpak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform, its content or its underlying code without the express prior written consent of batpak. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

The batpak name, logo and associated trade marks are the intellectual property of batpak. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written permission.

11.1 Platform Availability

Batpak does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free or secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. Batpak accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

While batpak takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, scores, results and other data displayed on the Platform, this information is sourced from third-party data providers and may be subject to errors or delays. Batpak accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on inaccurate or delayed data.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpak excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or batpak had been advised of their possibility.

11.4 Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, batpak's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Gambling Losses

Batpak accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the Platform, you accept that all gambling losses are your sole responsibility.

Batpak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings.

Batpak strongly encourages all users to gamble responsibly. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to yourself or others, we urge you to use the self-exclusion tool and seek assistance from a qualified problem gambling support service.

Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Batpak will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded users from accessing the Platform but does not guarantee absolute prevention of access.

13.1 Suspension by the Platform

Batpak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: there is a suspected breach of these Terms; verification requirements have not been met; the Account is associated with prohibited conduct; or the Platform is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory body or court order.

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance (net of outstanding obligations) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or the Platform — any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds held in a closed Account will be returned to the verified Account holder subject to satisfactory identity verification, provided the closure was not a result of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms that entitles the Platform to withhold funds.

13.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform may apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts or close them after reasonable notice, in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy in effect at that time.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which the user is located.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Batpak is committed to resolving user disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by the Platform's operating licence conditions.

14.3 No Legal Advice

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legal implications of their use of the Platform in their jurisdiction.

Batpak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an on-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised upon any amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Batpak recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform, particularly before making deposits or placing bets.
